Programs

What colleges can use: two subject realms, three delivery options, and a clear line between today’s platform and work in development.

Two subject areas

Two realms, one goal: stronger essential skills.

LinguaBeasts scope

Eight language families.

  • Grammar Gremlins
  • Punctuation Pests
  • Bad Spelling Bees
  • Logic Lizards
  • Critical Thinking Creatures
  • Argue Mentals
  • Research Rascals
  • AI Eyes

MathBeasts covers foundational math skills such as fractions, signs and order of operations, with support aligned to gateway courses like Statistics, Quantitative Reasoning and College Algebra.

Delivery options

Three ways colleges can use the programs.

01

Supplemental Practice

Targeted Beast practice alongside a course faculty already teach, focused on the skills each student needs.

02

Corequisite Support

Structured skill support paired with a college-level gateway course, connected to its assignments.

03

Proposed Integrated / Enriched Course

A proposed course model that integrates individualized practice and documented mastery into the course itself; a research direction, not a current offering.

Each option is shaped with the college; faculty keep control of instruction, standards and final grades.

Platform capabilities

Working today, and in development.

Current platform

  • Beast diagnosis of specific skill weaknesses
  • Beast taming: targeted instruction, practice and demonstration
  • Player Console reports of practice and demonstrated mastery
  • Word processor with hanging indents
  • Integrated Copyleaks detection, as an input for faculty review

In development

  • Multipart assignments
  • Full quest and course sequencing
  • Integrated complete-course workflow with final grading under faculty authority

These describe the BeastCampus learning platform, not features every sample demo on this site offers. Broader research questions are covered in Research & Development; the learning model is explained in How Learning Works.
